Our journey
Tosa Welcome was born from the desire to celebrate a passion for motorsport and Formula 1, deeply rooted in the history of Imola and its renowned Enzo and Dino Ferrari Circuit. Inaugurated in May 2024, following a complete renovation, the villa has been designed to offer a unique experience to motorsport enthusiasts and anyone wishing to immerse themselves in a refined and comfortable setting. The rooms and apartments are named after legendary drivers such as Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, and other champions who have left an indelible mark on the history of Formula 1. Surrounded by greenery, Tosa Welcome is conceived to offer a perfect balance of relaxation, sports, and tradition, creating an ideal haven for racing fans and beyond.
The Property and Its Services
Tosa Welcome is located just a stone’s throw from the Imola Circuit, providing convenient access to motorsport events while remaining nestled in a peaceful, lush environment. Among the services offered are free on-site parking, a charging station for electric vehicles, and, upon request, guided motorcycle tours by reservation. Breakfast, lovingly prepared and served from April to September, is a special moment to start the day immersed in nature. The underfloor climate control system ensures optimal thermal comfort year-round, powered by the property’s photovoltaic panels – a perfect balance of sustainability and comfort.
